"Staci of Queendom Care expertly executed two wellness restorative sessions called "Stress Management & Self-Care" at Delaware's Equity Summit Action on April 18 & 19, 2024, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington. As part of a wellness series during the event, Staci offered a session each day and successfully demonstrated the importance of self-care and the detriments of unattended stress through mindful movement, aromatherapy, affirmations, and scent-sensory activities. She guided participants through practical methods to prioritize the needs of the mind, body, and spirit, offering movement and a collective activity to create body scrubs with all-natural ingredients. Participants shared her particular sessions were uplifting, invigorating, and rejuvenating.
