Queendom Care focus on wellness practices, biblical principles + spiritual prioritization. We believe the trauma you do not transform transfers to other areas of your life.
Self Love +
Society would have you think you have to be something you’re not. We embrace that each of us are wonderfully and fearfully made. We are God’s masterpiece + your individuality is your superpower.
We emphasize that you are the solution. Everything you need is inside of you. As a result, we dismiss the victim mentality and walk in victory, taking responsibility for our thoughts and action. We accept change.
We embrace living in a state of calm and peace. Instead of worrying, we foster an environment of worship (gratitude). We live with intention, enjoying life on the way to where we are going while setting boundaries. We walk in purpose knowing that our life's path awaits us.
We Are Committed To You
It starts with understanding what overwhelm really is. Overwhelm is only a symptom of a much deeper problem. If you don’t get to the root cause, then you’ll never find a lasting solution. At Queendom Care, we combine the following modalities to help you create + maintain the life you desire:
Somatic Release Techniques
Neuroscience Based Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques
Mediation + Imagery
