Society would have you think you have to be something you’re not. We embrace that each of us are wonderfully and fearfully made. We are God’s masterpiece + your individuality is your superpower.

 
We emphasize that you are the solution. Everything you need is inside of you. As a result, we dismiss the victim mentality and walk in victory, taking responsibility for our thoughts and action. We accept change.
We embrace living in a state of calm and peace. Instead of worrying, we foster an environment of worship (gratitude). We live with intention, enjoying life on the way to where we are going  while setting boundaries. We walk in purpose knowing that our life's path awaits us.

Staci Stills

MS, BS,  BSN, RN

Staci is Super Duper Fly at Empowering Women to be F.I.T. (Fabulous, Irresistible, and Totally Hot!)  through nourishing the soul and self love.

​

Staci earned a  Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Nutrition from West Chester University, Master of Science. in Health Promotion from University of Delaware, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaSalle University. She is a registered nurse, health and wellness expert, certified nutrition coach with over 15 years of experience, and author of the "I AM F.I.T. Cookbook: 21 Days of Food, Faith, Family and Fitness".

As a wife and mother of 3 sons, Staci knows that striving to live a well-balanced life is key. She coaches from a holistic perspective and focuses on the different dimensions of wellness (physical, social, environmental, spiritual, emotional, occupational and intellectual) to evoke change that leads to an enhanced quality of life for moms and high-achieving women.
